The idea of a switch kick when slowed down to be shown is simple.
The placement of the feet and the execution is not complex though the interplay between the right and left must be conditioned.
The placement of the feet within range must be practiced over and over for the kick to be delivered without thought.
As not only does the pattern of movement need to be remembered by the muscles but the position, timing and range must be automatic for the precision to be natural.
